In the story, “A Relentless Killer Disease,” HIV/AIDS and its impact on humanity are depicted. It narrates the painful journey of Gopal, an unfortunate man who was once smart, gentle, and studious but fell victim to this dangerous disease.

During his school days, Gopal’s best friends were jealous of him and accused him of dishonesty at school. This incident upset Gopal deeply.
